Actor Jason Bateman, who will be starring in two comedies this summer – Horrible Bosses and The Change-Up – told Entertainment Weekly that Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz continues to work on a script to bring the Bluth clan to the big screen, and “he wants to start shooting at some point this year.” Though the series was canceled in 2006, it remains one of the most anticipated would-be films – for fans and the cast. “The show was a career saver for me,” Bateman told EW. “And also happened to be the job I’m most proud of, so of course I would want to jump back in there again.”
