Baby Driver is in theaters now and getting exceptional reviews:

An awe-inspiring piece of filmmaking from Edgar Wright that plays out as a musical through the lens of an action thriller. Sweet, funny and utterly original — you won’t see a film like it this year. Read Full Review – Terri White of Empire

Will resonate most with audiences that skew young, hip, and, like its helmer and its hero (the latter played by baby-faced “The Fault in Our Stars” star Ansel Elgort), more than a little obsessive. Read Full ReviewPeter Debruge of Variety

This is the first thriller I’ve seen in a long time that feels handmade. Read Full Review – David Edelstein of Vulture

John Hamm Returns to Parks and Recreation

John Hamm Parks and Recreation

Jon Hamm is set to return to the NBC comedy, Parks and Recreation, for one episode in the seventh and final season debuting in 2015. Also Rashida Jones and Rob Lowe are coming back. The Mad Men star first appeared in the season six finale when the series shifted three years in the future and placed Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) in a new position. Hamm played Ed, a hapless employee Leslie fired. Jones played Ann Perkins, Leslie’s best friend since the beginning of the series. She and Lowe’s character, Chris, left during season six to have a baby. NBC has yet to set a premiere date for the final season.

Don’t expect to see Snookie and The Situation in John Hamm’s hot tub anytime soon. The Mad Men star recently told Details magazine that he’s fed up with reality television and what he sees as an epidemic of people willing to sell their dignity for fame. “If you just want to be famous … that’s not that much different than porn,” Hamm told the magazine. “I’m a movie star!’ Well, no you’re not. You’re a porn star, and that’s completely different… Porn probably built half the houses out here [in L.A.], but you’re selling your dignity in a way that I feel I’m not. And once you sell it, it’s gone. You ain’t getting it back.” What do you think? Is reality television a sign of the apocalypse?

Don Draper as Clark Kent?

Could Mad Men’s John Hamm be the next in line to don the famous red cape and blue tights of Superman? “Those are sort of the Internet things that one person says and 15 more people Twitter it and then it becomes this sort of phenomenon,” the Emmy-winning actor actor said during a Sept. 16 segment of Live With Regis and Kelly (watch the clip here). “It’s sort of news to me, but if the powers-that-be are thinking that, I’d like them to get in touch with me. We can maybe discuss this.” You have to admit – he’s fresh off the success of The Town and his resemblance to the last son of Krypton is unmistakable. What do you think – is there anyone better suited than Don Draper to play the Man of Steel?
