It’s fitting that SGU star Robert Carlyle directed the second-season episode “Pathogen” because his character, Dr. Rush, also took control of The Destiny – without informing Col. Everett Young (played by Louis Ferreira) that he was doing so. While Young notices that the good doctor’s behavior is a bit out of sorts, it isn’t until several episodes later that Young discovers Rush’s serious breach of protocol. BREE'S DARKEST HOUR
Feeling utterly alone and with her life in turmoil in the eighth season episode “What’s to Discuss, Old Friend?” Bree Van De Kamp has decided to end it all – and she rarely fails at anything. With a gun on the table and suicide note written – it reads “To Whom It May Concern, I am sorry but it is just too hard for me to go on. Please forgive me. Love Bree” – it’s one of the darkest moments in the history of Desperate Housewives. Luckily, Bree is still with us (for now, at least) – and so are some of the props from that fateful night.
