This is Howard Stark ‘s (Dominic Cooper) Production Used Prop Item.

In “Season 2 – Episode 3: Better Angels” of Marvel’s Agent Carter series, Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper) reveals his own fandom while his movie production company is shooting an in-universe “Kid Colt” Movie. In Stark’s office, on the studio grounds from Howard’s personal collection, are framed copies of in-universe “Kid Colt: Outlaw” comics. These key issues are actually facsimiles of the actual Marvel Comics releases, and in particular, issues that Stan Lee wrote; the difference being the removal of the Marvel logos and that these props are not actual comics and just the images of the covers.
