There are certain films that elevate the art form to become part of the national conversation and pop-culture landscape long after they debut. Piranha is not one of those films, but it is a completely awesome 1995 TV remake of an even more amazing TV-movie-of-the-week from 1978 that made a generation of audiences terrified to dip their collective toe in the water!
