JACK McCOY: L&O RECORD SETTER
For 16 seasons on Law & Order, Sam Waterston’s Jack McCoy was a tenacious, brilliant prosecutor – and eventually became the New York County district attorney. Before the series ended its historic run, Waterston set a record as his character appeared in 333 consecutive Law & Order episodes, beginning with his introduction in the fifth season premiere in 1994 until he missed the January 2009 episode “Lucky Stiff” (McCoy was said to be in Washington to start his campaign). VIP Fan Auctions is now offering the back panel of Waterston’s cast chair straight from the studio. It’s a true piece of television history that is only available to one lucky fan.
